Tempmail Mail provides temporary email address services that allow users to:
- Create temporary email aliases
- Receive and forward emails to primary email addresses
- Manage multiple temporary email addresses
- Access email content through our web interface
Service Limitations: Our Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Temporary email addresses may be subject to automatic deletion after periods of inactivity.
As a user of our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Service to:
- Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited commercial messages
- Engage in fraudulent activities or impersonate others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tempmail Mail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Reputational harm
- Any other commercial damages or losses
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the past 12 months, or $100 if you haven't made any payments.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
